Looking to renovate or expand your existing home?

You will likely have a vision or idea of how you want your dream home to look, and this is where we step in and make this dream a reality for you.

Major renovations require following a process, not dissimilar to a new build, and we will work with you through each step of this process. We work in partnership with architectural and design teams to assist in creating your dream home and to ensure the finished product matches your vision.

The process begins with a ‘Design Discussion’ in which you will talk with one of our team about your needs and wants, function, lifestyle, budget, and design.

Following this discussion, the initial concept plans are drafted. We then go though the steps of reviewing the concept, making changes, finalising these plans, and then preparing a Quote and Specifications document in which costings are presented.

Once the working drawings and building consents have been granted we will get underway with construction. Rest assured, your renovation is carried out by professional builders and contractors.
